Brainspotting
Brainspotting uses points within the visual field to help identify and process emotions, trauma and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
Acudetox
The NADA Acudetox Protocol uses small sterile needles at specific points on the ear and may support relaxation, stress management and recovery.
Play Therapy
Play gives children a natural way to express emotions, process experiences and build healthier coping and problem-solving skills.
Medication Assisted Treatment
MAT combines medication with behavioral health care and recovery support for people experiencing opioid or alcohol use disorders.

More Than Medication
River Valley’s MAT program combines medication with behavioral health care and individualized recovery support. We may also provide care coordination to help connect patients with local resources such as housing, food assistance, vocational training and transportation. Our goal is to support lasting recovery and help each person move toward a healthy, self-directed life.
