We provide both preventative and restorative procedures.  As a patient of our River Valley Clinic, our patients receive high-quality dental care, along with a healthier smile. Plus, oral health can prevent tooth loss, bad breath, tooth decay and gum disease. River Valley accepts most insurances, Medicaid, CHP+ and Sliding Scale Fee.

CO-MDI (Colorado medical dental integration)

CO-MDI is a team-based approach which incorporates dental care into the daily health routine. The CO-MDI project integrates dental hygienists into primary care medical settings to perform full-scope preventive dental hygiene services. The project aims to reach Coloradoans with limited access to dental care through bypassing barriers; transportation, insurance, financial situations, finding time to visit multiple locations for care. This is important to River Valley because we can help our patients more. Dental care can help prevent dental complications caused from diabetes, cardiovascular disease and help promote overall good health.
