COVID-19 TESTING
The Montrose and Delta River Valley Family Health Centers offer COVID-19 testing to new and existing patients who believe they may have been exposed, are symptomatic and asymptomatic (needing for travel or work). Testing is available to patients 12 months and older.

Bilingual providers and staff available. Sliding scale fee is available for those who do not have insurance.
